First claim submitted

This is the first claim I’ve submitted and so far this app is easy to use and really straightforward.

Incredibly frustrating

It used to be a good app, now they decided to move everything to AI bots. I JUST WANT TO TALK WITH A REAL HUMAN BEING.
It’s incredibly frustrating that in order for you to talk with someone in blood and flesh you need to find out a magical phone number that is nowhere in the internet.
When you do have the luxury of talking to someone, the support team are usually very nice and friendly, but the APP itself is completely garbage.

Annoying, I do NOT recommend

Once Pet Plan sold to some other company and became Fetch, the entire website, app customer service, and coverage went down significantly. Pet Plan was awesome, Fetch is awful. It’s impossible to get a customer service person on the phone, their chat bot is broken, and their coverage has become very scammy. I plan to move my pets to another insurance.
