Made for iPhone Duo
Plan on the outside, focus on the inside. Line up today’s tasks on the cover screen, then prop iPhone Duo open and your timer starts on its own. Fold it to 90° and FocusBook sits on your desk like a tiny clock: the time on top, your controls below. Need a minute? Fold it shut and the clock waits. Open it again and you’re right back where you left off.

On any iPhone, turning it sideways starts the timer and turning it upright pauses it. The same simple ritual, the same quiet focus.

• Add what matters today and pick the one task that gets your focus
• Give every task a time that fits, from a 5-minute sprint to a 90-minute deep dive, or nudge it up a minute at a time
• Tick tasks off as you go, swipe to delete, or reset one to start over
