The app that helps me eat.

The past few months, my appetite has gone. I don’t have an eating disorder, I just don’t have an appetite. I would eat a bagel a day and stay full, but that is not healthy.

Since I downloaded this app, eating became easier but not perfect. I made myself eat at least something for each meal/snack. This has helped me so much.
And I love that this isn't a diet or calorie tracker app. I don’t want to lose weight, I just want to eat.

Thank you to the team that created this app, I hope you all realize how much i appreciate your hard work.

Perfect for low stress tracking

As someone with a history of disordered eating, I really enjoy that this app allows me to track my food in a way that doesn’t encourage calorie counting, weight tracking etc. It can be simply used as a tool to be aware of what you eat, to remind you to eat regularly, and as a quick visual reminder of what you’ve eaten! You can track calories, weight, water etc if you choose.

Nags you to upgrade to premium

It’s great to be able to just take a photo of the meal and see all meals at a glance. But the constant pop-ups, offers and reminders to purchase premium are just too much. I don’t want any of the premium features and I don’t want to close an “upgrade” window every time I want to snap a photo of a meal.
