Remote Assistance Support (RAS) is the new solution of FPT which ensure engine remote diagnosis. Through a small dongle connected to the engine OBD port with a quick and easy installation, a new gateway of services are available. Workshops and Dealers can read engine parameters in real time, monitor engine performance, restore engine optimal conditions and force aftertreatment (ATS) regeneration ensuring a reduced downtime.
It can be used on FPT engine despite the application acting as link among the repairer and the engine.
