As part of a continuing effort to improve the experience in the FRONTSTEPS Community mobile app, we are introducing the following in the latest version:

Ratings and Reviews
Document management is poor
This is a easy to use app but it is lacking major functionality . The e-forms are not accessible from the app only the website which is not very convenient for me when I need to make a reservation quickly . Please review and form it .
Works fine when it works… which is not very often
Sometimes Frontsteps works as advertised and in those brief periods, it’s good! It breaks so often, though, that’s it’s mediocre at best.
Unable to Add Parking Passes
The main reason why I use Frontsteps is to add a new visitor parking permit, and this app doesn’t have that option?! It’s so frustrating to have to get access to a computer in order to get a pass. Please fix this!!
