No Heated seat control?

The app is ok but is still missing major features. It was terrible a few months ago and would fail a request half the time. Had to reboot the car’s modem several times to get it to work semi-reliably. They seem to have improved that with the most recent releases. Biggest complaint is not being able to control the heated/cooled seats. You can control the heated steering wheel but not the seats?
You can do this on a regular Hyundai so it’s definitely possible. What gives?

Was this even tested? 90% of the time the app replies with “cannot complete your request” error. Also what is the point of using it as a remote start when if it does work, it ignores your climate settings and you have to get into a car with the ac blasting and the seats on cool in the winter. Honestly, I would just ignore this and use the fob until they get it working. You know, like a luxury car should.

Not working since beginning of December

This app has not worked for me since the beginning of December - after the new update. Prior to the update it was working perfectly on my 2022 GV70.
I have had a case number since December 19 and not once has anyone from the technical team contacted me. I have phoned every week and get the same story that someone will contact me in 3-5 days. No one has.
Love the vehicle, this app and the customer service is abysmal.
