The MyHyundai with Bluelink App provides you with a wide range of remote services for your connected vehicle, including features like remote start, vehicle status checks, charge scheduling, and much more. It also includes diagnostics tools, roadside assistance, and various owner resources to ensure you’re always supported. With Bluelink technology, you’re empowered to manage your vehicle from virtually anywhere – whether you’re at the office, at home, or on the go. To access Bluelink, simply log in with your user email, password, and PIN to access Bluelink’s features. For added convenience, you can also use biometric authentication (fingerprint or face recognition) to send commands quickly. Please note that an active Bluelink subscription is required to use these features. To enroll, contact your dealer or visit mybluelink.ca. Always ensure you’re using Bluelink and its devices while parked and in a safe environment. Cellular and GPS coverage are required for full functionality. Feature availability, specifications, and fees may vary by model and are subject to change. Some limitations may apply. Works, but a poor app

The app works, but like everyone has mentioned it takes about a minute or so for the commands to get sent and acknowledged by your vehicle. They have disabled the heated seats and heated steering wheel as they have said it isn’t necessary as when your car is stated the defrost and heat inside the car is enough. And I kind of agree with that, once your in and turn on those features they warm up pretty fast. But the one thing that really bugs me and everyone else is when the remote start is activated the car starts to flash all the parking lights. Umm what’s the point to that?? Just have them turn on to signal its running but to have them flash repeatedly? That’s an emergency symbol so everyone around is looking and checking out the car to see what the issue is. Makes no sense. But like I said at the beginning, the app works but not as good as it should be.

Decades backwards

Every time I use this app I'm shocked at how backwards it is, from the UI to simple things like getting the status of the car.Hyundai should really put some effort into bringing this app to the 21st century. The UI usability is abysmal and the speed to do anything is just awful. Why can't my car use my home WiFi? Why does it have to go through some slow as molasses cell service to do simple things like get the car status, charging mode, etc.?Please copy from some other manufacturer that actually spent the time and resources to make a good app. This one is really bad.On the bright side, if there is one, is that it's just software, so there is hope they can improve things and bring this up to the modern age. As it is, I barely waste any time using this app.I just bought my car, so have 3 years of the service for free, but will definetely question the usability of this when it comes time to shell out money to keep it.

Not able to use the app since last update a week ago (septembre 2023) with the same error : "we apologize, but your request could not be proceed. Please try again later. If the issue persists, contact customer support in the help section". Even the help section is not working!!

I love having the app on my phone but there is some things missing. The option to have your heated seats turn on with the auto start would be nice. Also there are many times that the app seams to be down.
