There's a ton of reminder apps out there but how many actually help you get stuff done? Very confusing

This app is very confusing, if I take the example tasks as examples, it seems that I can touch the check mark beside “familiarize yourself with the app” and this brings me to sub task? Once I’m there though there’s no way to go back? The tutorial talks about a main goal. Am I able to have more then 1 main goal?Why is there tasks under the main goal, and then subtask with different interface on that same main goal? I just don’t get it.Also, having the “hamburger” in the top left on the same block where the main goal is makes it look like you can move that main goal (as if you could have multiple) but instead it brings up that side menu...
