Booking classes

My gym has a 20 class cap for the month. When I book all 20 classes I can no longer see details for the class. Ex how many people are in the class. I also cannot see the classes attended under that tab.

You can view your upcoming bookings in the "Bookings" tab of the app. If you tap on a class, you'll be able to see the number of people in the class. To view classes you've already attended, you can check the "Past" tab. This should help you keep track of all your bookings and class details. If you have any other questions, feel free to reach out!

Can’t cancel subscription

My son was attending a class that used this app, they moved away from it. Glofox doesn’t allow me to cancel the yearly subscription, only option I’m getting is I have to cancel my credit card so that Glofox doesn’t keep getting my money.

Crash

Every single time I open the app and tap the “classes” section - the app crashes.
Then I open it again and all is fine.
But it happens every time… and it’s weird.
