I think you can do better

I am writing this review as I believe Gorgias can do better. I’ve seen there focus on developing Gorgias specially in the AI realm. I am sure their team of developers can fix the Mobile App for users who are on the go and want to get it done without the use of having to go to a browser and logging in each time.

Would recommend Gorgias 10/10 if it weren’t for the app being useless really.

Typing issue

For months now you can’t properly type messages if you have autocorrect on. Incredibly frustrating that makes the app unusable.

UNUSABLE - terrible app

This app is completely unusable on mobile. Since the iOS update (or Gorgias Update), if you have autocorrect and predictive text on, trying to respond to tickets is nearly impossible. It will start typing random things for you and you end up with a message that looks like a toddler was button mashing your phone, or a bunch of random line breaks. Why should I have to turn off autocorrect or predictive text just so ONE app on my phone will cooperate? Terrible.
