Spend the time
We all spending time retraining for careers. If we are in a sport we practice but some how when it comes to our relationships we’ve got it all figured out no need for practice no need for retraining.
Spend a few minutes a day working on yourself and how you interact with those around you.
This app gives great open ended questions reminders to turn towards each other and makes it ok to be scared but talk about what you need.

Great app
This app really helps with opening up communication. There are great questions, that I wouldn’t often think to talk about. I’m very thankful to have this.
