Lack of Customer Service
First of all I love Graal. It’s been a massive part of my life for over 8 years and I’ve enjoyed every part of it. It’s a great game, with a great community.
However after these 8 years I’ve been wanting to change my identification email so I can play my profile on my newer electronics- since my previous electronics are no longer working. My previous identification email was my parents and is no longer working, and it’s been very difficult to get into contact with any type of customer service from ToonSlab. I’ve sent emails to their customer service email- with no response, their website is very outdated and looks like it hasn’t been updated in many years, and the server admins and moderators haven’t been helpful at all in my situation.
I’m not entirely sure if this will get me my response, but I’ve ran out of options and I’d really love it if I could get my account back.

Scamming your money
I’ve spent so much money on this game and staff is terrible and doesn’t care about the players. They deleted 3 of my accounts without consulting me about it even though they don’t have the right to do so. Awful game.
