A little bit pricey compared to other options out there, but in my experience this is a great service. The staff and support are top notch.

Cannot make outgoing calls on a Telus device. It does not share messages between desktop and phone so all the meta data is spread across devices. Support unable to solve these problems. Bad service. Avoid. Especially if using Telus. I also have seen account settings change on their own on more then one occasion. Looking for alternate provider. My experience was bad enough I would go far enough to say they are a scam that does not deliver on what they offer.

The app has had many issues since Go To took over. Cannot call over useless. When called suppot she told me App is not meant to receive calls yet was working fine always

Very Poor Customer Care

Never used the service, then they auto charged (without notice) a second year and they denied to refund as they claimed it’s to “protect the customer” they don’t offer refunds. Beware of the auto charge, they will steal your money without a care. Good luck, can’t speak to the app, never used it and never will.
