Can’t set up account error code
Embarrassing being at a customers house and getting error code while setting up app. So embarrassing. What’s going on here grohe? Unit looks great! But absolutely useless if we can’t connect! No instructions in box? Like common?!?? How can I connect with customer support? And this is not what I’m
Use to with your products. Very sad.
Read in other review to go to sensehelp.com and that’s a bad gateway. Like common 😩I’d like my money back for this extremely expensive boat anchor. I’m a plumber and will not be promoting this product until this is rectified asap.

Useless app and valve
Releasing an app this buggy is an embarrassment. I am removing the unit as it is basically non functional.

Extremely buggy app
I have had to uninstall and reinstall this app 3 times because I will often just get a white screen when opening it. I’m shocked this was released in this state.

Hi Jfer86, thank you for the review! We are currently working on fixing the white screen issue. It is our team's first priority and has taken longer than expected. Closing the App and opening it again after a few minutes, normally solves the problem. If not, the only workaround for now, is to delete and download it again.
