Bug fixes for IOS26 and an incorrect default Par rating for WGC Yellow Tees, plus new Winter Default courses for Worthing GC (defaults only loaded on new installs)

Eclectic scoring is now available, this is automatically calculated. Eclectic annotations are shown on a game's score card and a full eclectic card can be shown via the menu during a game, the date range for eclectic scores can be configured. A score card colour code key is provided on the score card menu. Historical games can now be deleted.

Gscorer 1.5 introduces mixed tee scoring where players in a match can play from different tees and have handicaps adjusted appropriately for individual and match play. Courses have been re-structured to support multiple tee play. Match handicap calculation now has "Competition" or "Casual play" options to allow WHS non-rounding handicap calculation or rounded calculation as the user requires.
