It is good….

Hi again! It lol animals here and I have been doing this for a few weeks but I’m not Getting that flexible, it has helped a little bit and I know I need to be patient but maybe you could change some of the stretches as you advance to the next days and maybe it could give you notifications like “Splits in 30 days is ready for you” or something like that

Fantastic

I wasn’t flexible at all and in 15 days I could do the splits perfectly and once I did the 30 days I could to do a oversplit
But I think they couldn’t maybe add more advanced exercises because all these are really easy
