Stopped working for some reason.

Not working now on my Iphone 6 plus.

I’v played this game for years however even asking for advise and sending a message to help support I’ve been hung up a few times. This last time I couldn’t get any letters to play the puzzle and it wouldn’t move to next puzzle. As a result I had to delete it and start all over again from the beginning. Very frustrated and didn’t get a response from your support group.
