Interesting take on merge games. It takes a while, but it IS choice based, which I admire. However the portrayals of women are extremely distasteful and sexist, as was my worry when seeing the ads. The art style is uncomfortable and the portrayals are stereotypical and offensive. Ads seem to show every minute or so, though not as bad as some ganes I’ve played.
I liked it but...
I was actually enjoying the game a lot, simple as it was as a point and click game, it kept you busy, and I didn’t mind the art work! But as I got further into the game it just started pushing this anti feminism thing, like being a working woman was considered bad and ugly, and that body positivity is a big joke. The “equal rights” route is a joke and treats the idea of equal rights as if it makes you ugly and stupid. I just don’t get it, it’s a weird stance to push so hard for a basic mind numbing game.
