Issues with ending ride

I enjoyed the ride but a couples issues with start/end. There were plenty of parked bikes that were not available for hire, possibly some were reserved but I doubt they all were. Ending the ride also was not smooth as the app would not end the ride until I restarted it. That costed me another 5 mins.

Unreliable

I like the service but the app takes forever to load and I just tried to open the app and it took a good 5 minutes of opening the app, it not loading then crashing, and me trying again. I also all too frequently will get a message that the bike cannot be unlocked and to try again. Usually I have to try two bikes before it works and do multiple scans of each. If the bike is reserved and that’s why I can’t unlock it then it should say that. If reserved bikes do display a different message then I have no idea why this is happening and why is happens so often. It is extremely frustrating, greatly slows down my trip, and means if I want to feel comfortable I will be able to unlock a bike I have to find a spot with multiple bikes. The unreliableness of the app really kills the appeal of this service.
