DON’T SIGN THE CONTRACT
We asked very specific details to the sales rep since the program is quite expensive, he either didn’t know the appropriate answer or lied to get the sale/subscription. We decided to try the software based on his responses so we gave houzzzzz our credit card info and logged in. The first day after getting access we knew the software didn’t have the right stuff for us. We immediately tried to get back in touch with sales team, support chat, 1800#s you name it, no one will return our calls. We aren't even asking for a refund, just to cancel future payments. All we get is an automated message (in Spanish all of a sudden) telling us since we signed the contract we can’t close our account. Had to change the payment setting to a prepaid credit card with no balance otherwise we’d be stuck paying hundred of dollars a month for a service we can’t use. BUYER BEWARE. Using Fohlio now and happy with our choice. After getting burned by houzzzz we were nervous to sign another agreement so our new service allowed us to pay a monthly rate without commitment.
Begging you stay away.
The star rating is based off the users of the regular Houzz app. (Home Owners) The Houzz Pro app that you pay for, as a contractor who is now handcuffed to this terrible program, DO NOT USE!
Use Jobber does 200% more for 100% less cost. Anything else. Useless CRM everything is based on advertising. Glossy photos or bust. That’s all they want. Where are your photos your videos. Just media.
“Ya for sure we will help you”. Then you don't hear anything. Just stay away.
They doubled our payment without permission
Without authorization Houzz Pro doubled our payment on our credit card. I contacted them months ago to correct this error and our rep Caryn keeps telling me that she’s looking into it with her team, but nothing happens. Buyer beware.
