I can’t believe I’m so happy to see this functionality... even that it has been provided by other banks since forever.
Statements on accounts
I went into the branch wanting to print out statements of my accounts and wanted to inquire about transactions. The teller said that they could only go back 6 months on their end. Disappointed in the service there.

We appreciate your comments. You can also print your statements through your online banking by clicking on 'statements' after logging on through hsbc.ca. Another option is to call us at 1-888-310-4722. We hope this helps.
Horrible ux/ui design
The digital security and mobile banking interwound badly together. By that I mean when I clicked Touch ID to generate security code or to logon mobile banking, the ugly black themed app just close itself without proceeding. Very confusing and frustrated user experience. Lots of room for improvement.
