Poor User Experience

The UX of this app are severely lacking. It looks like something that was created by business stakeholders with little consideration for users. Make the main user journeys EASY to use.

The home screen is the weakest part of the app. Show me something helpful. A list of headings for accounts I don’t use is not helpful. Having an “open account” button under each unused heading is not going to make me open an account.

Insights are annoying, particularly insights that can’t be dismissed. An advert for a GIC that I don’t want and that can’t be dismissed leads to a WASTED SPACE at the top of the app. Very annoying and poor user experience by making me scroll past this.

Making me press on the login button each time and then doing faceid is redundant and a waste of time. I have 1 account set up so just log me in directly.

Also, if you have links to further information in your app (e.g hold policy), a link to the front page of an unsearchable FAQ is not helpful.

Super slow and clunky app. Get rid of the insights and give us back the original functioning app. We don’t want the “desktop” experience. No other financial institutions have adopted this new way of thinking. You broke it, so please fix it.

If you think that because this bank is all online they would have a competently engineered app, think again. It is far worse than big bank apps I’ve used in the past. It’s slow, clunky, unreliable, does not integrate with iCloud keychain or Touch ID and all-around sucks.
