I’ve been casually playing the game for a while and I have a few thoughts. I’d like to first address this issue since everyone seems to be asking for it. May we request an increase in percentage of the 5* characters from the 6% to 10%? It’s not much but it’ll help with those who are casually playing the game or simply because they’re a fan of the franchise. Secondly I would like to request if possible for those doing the brave battles to have similar strength in power matched up? I’ve noticed that a lot are very strong in comparison to those playing the game casually and it takes quite a lot of in-game coin until you find one suitable to your level in power.All in all, I still enjoy the game although at times a bit frustrating. Hope the tech/support team behind it will take a look at this^ and keep up the work!

So.. I’ve been playing bleach brave souls since day 1 (found it by chance) and I absolutely love the game and friends I’ve made while playing it. I’ve had several accounts on this game and all of them were either linked to a klab ID or Facebook but on the last day of the 5th anniversary summons round 1 I decided to re-download the app to reset the absolutely horrible tapjoy offers I had. I logged into my main account’s klab ID and then clicked the button to sync my account, to my horror, my klab id and Facebook were somehow unlinked from my account. I had absolutely no access to it. I missed out on summoning for the 5th anniversary byakuya, missed out on my log in rewards and skipped out on many guild quests which lowered our guilds rating. Now Panicking, I tried to log into the accounts linked with all my other klab IDs and facebooks. All of them were unlinked and I had absolutely no way of getting them back. My friends and guild members can still see my accounts but I am unable to log in. I emailed klab around nearly a week ago and filled out the quiz they needed for all my information yet I still don’t have access to my account to this day. I hope I can at least regain my main account as it’s probably over 1000 days old with 900+ days spent in my guild (two of the others were even older and the rest were fodder). I hope I am rightfully compensated for this glitch.
