Roomster is a very easy to use app. Not complicated at all. Once downloaded, you tell us what you are looking for and we provide you access to an every growing list of rooms and roommates. There are 4 steps and that's it.
1. Create an account using your phone number
2. Validate your account.
3. Tell us what you are looking for.
4. Send messages to people you think would be good to live with.
Any Questions? We have 24/7 customer service on the app with a chat feature provided by Intercom. There is always a live person available, when times are busy a representative will get back to you at the earliest chance.
In many ways Roomster is like dating for roommates, and much like those apps, Roomster is a freemium service and we charge for communication between users. Your iTunes account will be charged at confirmation of your purchase and will automatically renew for the same price and duration period as the original package. Subscriptions may be managed by the user and auto-renewal may be turned off by going to the user's Account Settings on the device. If you haven’t subscribed via iTunes, you can manage your subscription through Roomster.

Do not bother- they charge you extra money 5 days after your subscription and the app doesn’t even work properly. Than the customer service is hard to get ahold of.

So you pay 15$ a Week to see your matches. Been a Week not one answer. I think they just take Money at both ends. Do not waist your time or money. Then they send emails of Same person in usa when i live in Canada. So phone goes off all day for nothing. Waisted money. DONT DO IT. Also spam texts coming to my phone soon as i put number in. I owe parking tickets all day long now cause these losers. Just wish I knew where they are to beat my 15$ out of them.
