Every time I open the app to use it there is another update. It is great you are trying to fix things, but maybe you could group them together more before updating.

Make sure to cancel your membership before they over charge you without consent and without refund although you don’t want to continue with them so now you are forced to!!! Plus horrible customer service.

I used their services and they paired me with 4 tutors. 1 never showed up, 1 didn’t know anything about the subject, and then 2 quit before I even had a tutoring session.The whole process took nearly a month, so they wasted any time I had to find another service before my exam and then they only refunded HALF!! Like, what am I going to say to my student loans? Sorry I can only give you half of the money back because this company, who didn’t provide me with any sessions, stole the other half? AVOID AT ALL COSTS!!
