I am happy to receive school fee discount but as compare to the cause it is very minimal at least whole transfer fee should be removed

I’ve sent the money weeks ago. But receiver cannot pick it up. I want to cancel transaction. MoneyGram wants the fee. Fine! But why doesn’t let me cancel it. The money is in the pocket of MoneyGram and nobody could get it from either ends.
