Hello Rapido Support,I’m really disappointed with my experience this morning. I booked a Rapido ride around 7:00 AM to reach school on time, but no captain accepted my booking despite multiple attempts.My school reporting time is 7:25–7:30 AM. Because I couldn’t get a ride, my parents eventually had to drive me, and I reached at around 7:35 AM. I was then sent back home because I was late.I request Rapido to please provide appropriate Rapido credits as compensation for this inconvenience and review why no captain accepted my booking.If this is not resolved satisfactorily, I may share my experience on social media.I look forward to a fair resolution.

We try to book and book but there is no more availability of cab. Then what is the use of keep this rapido app in phone. Its better to keep taxi drivers numr.
