MYSUDO PLAN TERMS
SudoGo, SudoPro and SudoMax monthly or yearly subscription will be charged to your Apple ID account at the confirmation of purchase. Subscription automatically renews unless it is canceled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period. Your account will be charged for renewal within 24 hours prior to the end of the current period. You can manage and cancel subscriptions by going to your account settings on the App Store after purchase. Subscription cancellations take effect after an active subscription has expired.

MySudo used to be really good. Over the last few months I’ve noticed the service slow down extensively. I have a paid plan that I use for both personal and professional numbers. Text messages seem to get stuck sometimes. Like it got lost on the way regardless of how many times you refresh the app. This happens on both wifi and cellular. The email is amazing and the voice is kinda meh. There’s a delay in the voice calls that can be annoying at times. Maybe they’ve downgraded their servers or their customer base increased and they haven’t got the horsepower to keep up. Either way I hope it gets better.May 2024 Update: hasn’t gotten any better. Things are still sluggish and even slower sometimes.

Do not use if looking for a Canadian number. They don’t have any despite advertising that they do. The support team is prompt but cannot help. False advertising, shouldn’t be allowed.

Careful if you want a Canadian number, they currently don’t have any available and their support does not know when it will be available again. There is no warning or status message, ended up buying an annual plan for nothing.
This release includes a fix for an issue that affected messaging for some users, resulting in a more reliable experience.
