I have been user of messenger AI for months now and the mobile app work a couple of week and then completely stop working and I never was able to use it ever since.Mindbody is aware of that issue and a bug have been confirmed but no one in this company is taking it seriously and nothing have been fixed after more than two months. If you are looking for a SMS solution that you can’t use on your mobile phone, this app is just for you!Else you should go for another solution. If no one is fixing this solution in the next two weeks, I’m opting out of this service completely. I also want to publicly states that I encounter about 10 other really bad bugs in my Mindbody platform as of today that no one is fixing too. At this point I just can’t recommend Mindbody to anyone. The idea is good, but the code is anything but clean. Unless you guys start caring for your customers and the quality of your product, I’m gonna eventually have to look for an alternative SAAS.

This is very helpful for client interaction when it’s working properly. Still some bugs that need fixing. The app only opens half the time for me. The other bug issue I have is not receiving notifications or badges when I have missed calls or text messages. I have to constantly open the app throughout the day to check for new messages. A sound notification would be awesome as well. Once these issues are fixed I’ll rate it a 5.
