My flight from Toronto to Entebbe was changed to a later time, same day for operational reasons. I was charged 3 usd. How do you justify putting this fee on every passenger when it’s no fault of our own?
Very nice

Too Many Flight Schedule Changes Before Travel
Joey_Tash
This is my first time booking with Turkish Airlines, and I was really excited about my upcoming trip. However, the number of times my flight schedule has been changed is becoming frustrating and stressful, especially since I haven’t even travelled yet.I understand that operational changes happen, but repeated itinerary updates create unnecessary stress and uncertainty for passengers who have already made travel arrangements.I sincerely hope there won’t be any further changes to my itinerary.

Best airline ever
iseaster
This is half way through my business class trip with Turkish Airlines and I am overwhelmed with how exceptional the service is. In an industry that seems to be all about cutting costs and corners - it’s refreshing to see an airline that focuses on customer service and experience. I highly recommend Turkish Airlines to everyone.
