My name is Priya, and like most moms, I go by the title "Laya's Mom". I am a single mom with 3 jobs; a 24/7 parenting job, my mortgage-paying job as a technologist, and a passion job as a creator of S'moresUp.
S'moresUp was created as a simple home management system to bring consistency to my family. It brought significant changes to our home, and my friends started noticing the difference. I shared my solution with my friends and family looking for ways to manage their families better. Three years after, we have more than 130K families using the app.

- Payment will be charged to your iTunes Account after your free trial expires (45 days or 450 chores completed whichever comes first)
- Subscription automatically renews unless auto-renew is turned off at least 24 hours before the end of the current period.
- The account will be charged for renewal within 24 hours before the end of the current period and identify the cost of the renewal.
- Subscriptions may be managed by the user and auto-renewal may be turned off by going to the user's Account Settings after purchase.

It would be helpful to have some Videos on how to assign chores and set up family members. It’s a beautiful and incredibly detailed app., but the reason I am here is because I am desperately overworked! A series of videos on exploring and setting up your family page would be helpful! Thankyou!
Registration glitch

I downloaded the app, started to set up an account but it wouldn’t let me finish. At one point of the set up (the step where it’s looking for chores to recommend based on your preferences), it kept on reverting back to the previous set up step. There was no option to skip the step or otherwise finish the setup. I’m disappointed because I chose it from a list of online recommendations and was looking forward to using it. But I don’t have time to wait for issues to be fixed, because I need a chore app now. So I deleted this app since I obviously can’t use it and downloaded a different chore app that works.

This is a decent app. Not completely user friendly but good enough. Guess I should have read to the bottom of the description though as I did not realize there was only a 45 day trial. Definitely not worth paying for in my opinion, sorry. Deleted our account :(
Cool app but not user friendly

Tried using this app again for the second time, there’s a lot more options now than when I tried using it a few years ago. The fact that the app is still around and has developed quite significantly over the years is promising however many of the “features” the app has, you cannot use or are difficult to use. The user manual and FAQ offers no help as it doesn’t cover most of the newly implemented features such as the “Do this.. not that” and when you try to contact the developers using the options available, like blog posts and support submissions, no one gets back to you. I would definitely consider rating this higher if I could use all of the features that are available, and might I add that I pay for as a subscriber. However, I will more than likely be discontinuing my subscription instead until they make it possible to properly use all of the features currently available.
