White noise randomly cuts off and their solution through customer support is to have me set up the monitor with another phone that runs on data…. I don’t have a secondary phone, I’m a single mom, so I can’t test it properly for them. The network connection has never been an issue, this problem just started happening after the last update. Will absolutely not be buying this monitor for my next child, huge waste of money, imo when the abruptness of the white noise shutting off wakes up the baby, so now I can’t even use the monitor for one of the intended uses.

This new app update has been terrible. The old app while clunky at least kept my camera connected. This one Jusr consistently disconnects and support just keeps Saying the same thing - use original wire/reset etc. instead of Jusr fixing the issues.
