Arslan has been very helpful
Shawnabart
Arslan has been a wonderful teacher and has helped my son Tyler immensely! He is very patient and helpful and Tyler has a much better understanding of the math concepts he has been learning. I appreciate that he helps to make the lesson enjoyable for Tyler as well. He was recommended to me by a friend and we have not been disappointed.

Weird payment plans
Myroomisthecolourblue
The app locks you into a specific payment plan that you can’t change. It RECOMMENDED that I do 3 lessons/week for one month so I selected that plan. Life happens and this was not working for me. When I tried changing my plan, I could only change it for the NEXT billing cycle. Which means that all the lessons I can’t use are just going to expire and I paid extra for no reason.
Developer Response
We’re sorry to hear about the trouble with your plan. While changes typically take effect in the next billing cycle, you can avoid losing lessons by scheduling them for a future date or pausing your subscription. Please reach out to Customer Care so we can look into your specific situation and help you find a fair solution.
The app just got better - your lessons can, too. Download the latest version of our app.
