GET THE MOST OUT OF YOUR HEADPHONES AND EARBUDS
Personalize your environment with controllable noise cancellation on our QuietComfort products. With Modes on QuietComfort products, you decide how much of the world to let in. Choose Quiet Mode for full noise cancelling, or Aware Mode to hear your surroundings and your music at the same time. Select products offer Aware Mode with ActiveSense technology, which brings the sounds around you down to a more comfortable level. The result is hearing everything you need to, but at a much more pleasant and balanced volume.
All the QuietComfort and OpenAudio features, like Immersive Audio from the Ultra line, are made readily available for you. Fully customize your experience by balancing the EQ settings, picking your on-product shortcuts, and more all within the app.

Rename it as Bose Faulty App
jairamkamath
So many issues with this app, makes you think where to start from: 1. Keeps saying installing updates does nothing 2. Says cloud sync error everytime you open the app after force closure3. No support whatsoever is available until you wait for 1 hour on the phone technical support4. Bose Music renamed as Bose but all soundbar and home theater docs still show Bose Music as the app and makes everyone wonder where the fish to find this on AppStore! All in all, Bose faulty app!!!
Need auto power off option for QC earbuds
Abujeheel
The app is good in general. The missing thing is auto power off option for quite comfort earbuds. There is no way to power off the earbuds. I use for 30 minutes in the morning before going to work , and battery capacity decreases from 100 to 90 percent in that time frame . So I don’t insert back into charging case to avoid frequent charge of battery from 90 capacity to full. Do I leave the earbuds on the counter and when come home from work 8 hrs later, the earbuds capacity decrease to 10% or even zero even though the earbuds where on the counter and not used at all. Problem is that there is no workaround to shut off the earbuds. I think Bose should add auto power off functionality like the one for QC 35 headphones. Otherwise the earbuds will be a toss in the garbage due to battery deteriorating. Bose please add auto power off for the QC earbuds. Other competitors has this important feature.
