I usually have a hard time trying to meditate. I’ve been trying to get better at it for almost a decade now, with little success. But this app is really helping. I’ve already improved a significantly. And I love how well organized it is, with all of the courses. Thank you so much for making this available to us right now. I really appreciate it.

I relied on the button meditations on the original Lumosity app. When you breathe in you would press and hold the button and it really worked for me but now that they switched to a new platform they don’t have it and I don’t know where else to go.
