J’ai été facturé pour un abonnement qui ne s’affiche nul part, j’essaie de l’annuler sans succès sur le compte. Je contact le service client depuis des semaines j’ai aucun retour, et je continue d’être facturé . Pourtant j’ai pas de compte avec eux, juste un essai gratuit de quelques jours, le service est nul

If your subscription was purchased through the Apple App Store, cancellations must be managed directly in your Apple ID settings and cannot be completed inside the app. Please go to Settings on your iPhone > [your name] > Subscriptions, select VPN Guru, and choose Cancel Subscription. Pague una mensualidad y no la pude usar porque ellos cancelaron mi suscripción, cuando pedí que me reembolsaran, me dijeron que ya no podían hacerlo por qué pasó más de una semana, pero se supone que esa era la semana gratis que ellos me debieron dar para probarla. En automático hicieron el cargo y ya no recibí ni el servicio ni mi dinero de vuelta 👎
