The Louisiana 511 mobile application provides real-time access to traffic and traveler information from the Louisiana Department of Transportation and Development. Maps depict current traffic conditions, as well as incident and construction events that can impact traffic on all Interstate, U.S., and state routes. Traffic speeds, weather alerts and roadside cameras are among the features available. Users can also use the app to set priority routes and receive alerts should information become available on that route.
The new 511 Louisiana app includes the following new features and improvements:
- Incidents, Closures, Construction and Special Events are separated into their own layers
- Bug fixes and minor improvements
