When I paid for a 3 year subscription, everything was working properly in China. In less than one month after I paid for the subscription of 3 years, almost all servers stopped working. The latest update shows a warning saying "Due to your restrictive network, you can connect to fewer locations". It serves as a disclaimer, but of no help to paying users at all as it failed to indicate which servers are actually connectable. Unlike industry peers such as GoldenFrog which offers partial refund for unused period, the company refused to refund for unused period even though the service is in no way similar to the conditions when the payment was made. Unlike industry peer such as Express VPN which keeps users updated of any elevation of restriction in China, keep updating services to make it as available as possible, and clearly indicates which servers are recommended, the software only shows a disclaimer and does not provide connectivity test tool either. If you are in China, avoid this service.
