They did end up giving me a refund after several months which was good since there policy gives you three days to get your refund which is nice but...-they always auto-renew-sending a message will take several days before they get back to you even if you payed 115 dollars that they charged you by taking it off your credit card because they have auto-renew...

I love the concept of this app but the premium subscription pricing is actually highway robbery. Since I live in Canada, it’s just over 40 bucks to pay for a monthly subscription!! My phone is literally cheaper than that… if they lowered the premium to 10-15 bucks a month like most other platforms that aren’t overpriced, I’d seriously consider it more but not right now

Pro's-You will find people of similar Catholic faith,-Proper relationships can flourish, most people on the app are looking for committed friends Con's-Poor App Design-Have to pay in app purchases to talk to a potential partner -Search isn't defaulted to within Country, thus, as a Canadian you end up looking at a lot of Americans (not a problem just.. be reasonable here)
BEWARE!!! Corrupt Set-Up. Administrators rude, ignorant and condescending

If you need Customer Service they are rude, condescending, ignorant and confrontational. Catholic Match has limits on how many people you can message. In the middle of messaging you could get a message advising limit reached. Ridiculous setup! Your account could be locked for no reason and if you get it unlocked they may give you an hard time and then arbitrarily ask to scan your passport or drivers licence. Both pieces of ID should never be provided to a dating site. Tried a few dating sites and I’d never recommend this site despite it being a “Catholic” dating site!!
