Who designed this app and why did they think having to enter your fork serial # everytime you open it was a good idea? Just baffling.

Glitchy and inconsistent

Have to log in each time I use it. The app is just a wrapper to the website and doesn’t work without a network connection. The service manual section tells me to look up which model I have to determine the correct service kit. This is after putting in the serial number and registering the fork and the app recognizing said fork. When putting in weight it won’t allow me to change the units to kg without first selecting the current selection of lbs. The recommended starting pressure is different from the recommended pressure on the fork. The app just isn’t worth the effort, I’ll use the service manuals and fork tuning manual from the website. You folks can do better. I like the products but the app is a half baked afterthought.
