I love this app and features are excellent. The amount/option of things you can do is great but it crashes with everything I do and it really ruins the workflow having to restart the app every minute. I am on iPhone 12 Pro Max and iPad 10th Gen. it crashes the same on both. I am filming on a GoPro Hero 7 and I’ve tried 4K 30fps video, and 2.7k 30fps video and they both crash the same. I switched to Adobe and it does not crash. Otherwise I would love to use Power Director.

Dear Malbec41, thanks for writing in, and I'm sorry to hear the app is not working as expected. Coincidentally, I'm using an iPhone 12 Pro Max as well, but I didn't encounter such errors. This issue can be related to either the app or the video. Can I confirm with you that the app only crashes while editing the GoPro video, or does it happen with all projects? Would you mind trying the reinstallation after backing up the necessary projects? To back up your projects on your local device, follow these steps: 1. On the index screen, tap the "..." button on the right side of the project information. 2. Wait for the pop-up menu, and then tap "back up." 3. Choose the location where you want to save the project. 4. Wait until the process completes, and the project is now saved. After the reinstallation, you can import the project again by tapping the "Downward arrow" icon on the top right corner of the project box for further editing. I hope the solution works. If you still have any questions or concerns while operating the app, feel free to reach out to us via the “Send Feedback” option in the settings menu on the home page.
