I’ve been playing Bingo Frenzy for almost 2 years, and honestly, I wish someone had warned me before I invested so much time and money into this game. This game USED to be fun. You actually felt rewarded for playing. But over the last year, the developers have clearly changed the algorithms and gameplay to push people into spending more and more money. The bingo odds are absolutely brutal now. Even playing 6 cards, you’re lucky to get a double bingo. The side games are even worse — you’re expected to spend 4000+ tickets PER CARD just to participate, only to win rewards like:100 tickets4 diamondsendless lightbulbs (seriously, enough to last 3 more years)duplicate 1, 2, and 3-star card packs nobody needsEven completing albums isn’t rewarding anymore. The “big” prize looks impressive until you realize you can burn through it in a few hours playing their side events, after spending weeks collecting cards to finish it.There’s no real way to get ahead unless you constantly spend money. Prize bars barely move, rewards feel intentionally nerfed, and the game is absolutely NOT “free to play” anymore. It’s designed to frustrate players into making purchases.Customer service is another nightmare. You get copy-and-paste responses that completely ignore what you’re saying. Nothing changes, nobody actually helps, and it honestly feels like they gaslight players into thinking the problem is just “bad luck.”I’m writing this review because I know how easy it is to get invested in this game. I’ve spent a lot over the years, and looking back, I genuinely wish I hadn’t.If you’re thinking about starting Bingo Frenzy, just be careful before sinking money into it.
We hear your frustration and sincerely apologize that the game no longer feels rewarding. It’s disheartening to hear that after two years, the balance and rewards feel designed to push spending rather than provide fun. We take your feedback on the bingo odds, "nerfed" rewards, and repetitive customer service very seriously. We will share your detailed concerns with our development team to help re-evaluate the balance between "free-to-play" and paid content.
