It’s nearly impossible to activate the card because the automated help system doesn’t register with the app, as of writing this I’ve “activated” my card 3 times and I’ve been waiting on hold for an hour 45, for reference I started call my call at 9AM. The one time I spoke to a person they quite literally pushed me back into the activation process and now here I am, Don’t download this app it’s not worth the trouble it’s entirely unreliable and the customer support is non existent you’ll just be giving you information to a us company that has no interest in updating or maintaining their product. If I woyld leave less then one star but I actually want people to see this at the top of the reviews

A $150 deposit from Dayforce never made it to my bank account. i’ve called customer service about this numerous times, they say i’ll hear back within 24-48 business hours, and then a week later i’ve still heard nothing both times!! Do NOT trust this company with a penny of your hard earned funds
