The app has all the basic functionality I needed. presets, find/replace. The text highlight is very basic, wish it was multiple colors, so i can see exactly what regex is selecting. Also I can’t type linebreak “\n” and other escape characters in ‘replace’. The workaround for now is to select (\n) in find and then put it back with $1. Maybe there are solutions for that, but it’d be nice to have by default.

Thanks so much for the feedback — glad the app is covering the basics you need!About escape sequences in the Replace field: you’re right that \n, \t, and similar characters weren’t applied as real control characters. That’s fixed in the next version, so you can type them directly in the substitution template without the $1 workaround.Appreciate you taking the time to write this up — it really helps.

Great place to work on regular expressions on mobile. I use it for Shortcuts and this does everything I need. And it looks nice doing it!
• The template library more than doubled: 33 ready-made patterns — now including IPv6, MAC addresses, JSON strings, JWT tokens, credit card numbers, and GPS coordinates — each with sample text.
