The app is fluid, but it doesn’t function well. Zero tracking, doesn’t update when driver is on route but they’ll text you and send you a link to follow.. where there is still no tracking. Honestly, in this day and age of tracking and app development, BCAA should be way further ahead than this

Not many aspects of the app work, as you click on different links it takes you to error page after error page. Any real information has to be found out on the website. Not impressed.
