Hi there, my dear Wozier! In this update, I’ve improved how words are prepared behind the scenes. The study logic is unchanged, but the data now moves more smoothly and is less likely to leave your deck empty. There was a rare bug where swiping really, really quickly could make Wozi run out of words—this update takes care of it.
• Made word preparation smoother and more dependable
• Improved dictionary content quality
• Fixed an issue where Wozi could occasionally run out of words if you swiped cards very quickly
2.8.0 2d ago
Hi there, my new friend! This small update makes your Wozi Plus trial a little smoother.
• Fixed a display issue during the Wozi Plus trial
2.7.1 Aug 10
Hi, my new friend. This is for you. I know many products try to get you to pay right after you download the app, but I’d like to do things differently. You can try every feature for three days with no limits, then decide whether you want to buy the full version. It’s not a subscription—you pay once and it’s yours. If you buy it during the trial, you’ll also get 50% off.
I hope you enjoy what I’ve made for you!
• A three-day trial with every feature available and no limits
• A special 50% discount when you buy the full version during your trial
• Added a Stats widget for your Home Screen, so you can see your progress at a glance
• Added a purple app icon to better match your wallpaper
2.7.0 Aug 9
Oh, my dear Wozier! Thanks so much for all the kind feedback on the last update. I’ve taken care of a couple more issues some of you brought up—you’ll find the details below. I’m usually quick to update Wozi, so if you think anything could be better, feel free to send me a message!

• Fixed an issue that kept Wozi Plus from displaying properly

Hi there, everyone! You can now create an empty word list, then fill it with words you find while searching. I’ve also added "My Saved Words", so you can jump in and try the new feature right away.
This release also fine-tunes the new Dictionary mode. You can now tap the status circle next to any definition to mark that meaning as known or still learning. It’s a small change that helps Dictionary mode fit more naturally into the way you study.
• Start with an empty word list and add words from search to any list
• Tap the status circle next to a dictionary definition to mark that meaning as known or still learning
• Fixed a crash that could happen after swiping a study card
• Fixed study cards reloading multiple times
• Speaking words or sentences no longer interrupts background music
2.5.1 Jul 28
Hi there, everyone! This release introduces another experimental feature: Motivation Mode. It creates encouraging sample sentences as you study to help you stay motivated and keep moving ahead. We can always improve a little, right? Keep going!

• Fixed a display issue when the system theme used transparency
• Fixed several issues that could leave study cards stuck in the wrong spot after a swipe

Hi there, Wozier! This update gives you more ways to make Wozi feel like your own, with several app icons to choose from—including dark options—and a new action button for searching any word. It’s an early version, with more still to come. I’ve also made dictionary entries easier to follow and smoothed out a few rough edges around the app.

2.4.1 Jul 16
Hi there, Woziers! This release includes an early beta of Dictionary Mode. It is still very early, but I did not want to hold it back any longer, so I am putting it out now for you to try.
Tap any word on a study card to open its details and see every available sense. From there, you can tap another word to keep exploring for as long as you like. Over the next few releases, I plan to add search and more ways to create and manage your own word lists. For now, give Dictionary Mode a try and let me know what you think!
• Added an early beta of Dictionary Mode so you can explore word details
• Added a light yellow theme for more comfortable viewing during longer sessions. Choose it from the theme picker.
• Improved word list download speed
• Improved cover image loading speed
• Refined wording across the app for better clarity
• Fixed display issues affecting the word list change hint, word list hint, and word list cover image hint

2.2.3 Jul 4
Hi hi, Wozier! This update is mostly focused on app quality, with a lot of prep work happening behind the scenes for more cool features to come.

• Improved app code quality
• Remove words from wordlists

Hello, Woziers around the world! This is a quality improvement update. Better sentence-to-speech quality has been on my list for a while. In this update, I have added an online version that should sound better than the default voice. Try it out and let me know what you think.
• Add new sentence-to-speech voices
2.0.25 May 18
