What to expect during your appointment?
After booking your appointment, you’ll be connected to a licensed veterinarian or veterinary technician via video chat.
Similar to an in-person appointment, the licensed veterinarian or technician will ask you questions about your pet and their health history. They may also want to see your pet up-close to better examine them and gather more information about a tentative diagnosis.
The vet will let you know what the next steps are (such as booking an in-person appointment, sending you a prescription, how to treat at home, etc.)

App is useless. Booked an appointment and within an hour got an email that it was cancelled, with no other vets to book with. Customer support was also useless. First and last time using vetster. Rated it 1 star but even that is too much.
