I used to rely on Animaker for big projects, but my recent experience was absolutely terrible. I’m a Grade 12 student in culminating season, and after working on a video project for HOURS (from 8 PM to 2 PM the next day, with only 2 hours of sleep), I was suddenly hit with a paywall. I had no choice but to purchase a subscription to finish my project. As a student on a tight budget, I opted for the cheapest plan, which cost $34.99. After paying, I found out my project included “premium videos,” which were just stock videos with huge watermarks slapped on them. To download my video without these watermarks, Animaker demanded an additional $295! This wasn’t made clear upfront, and there’s no disclaimer explaining these hidden costs. In the end, I wasted $40 on a subscription I couldn’t even use, and I still had to scrap the entire project. This video was worth 30% of my final grade, and now I’m forced to start over completely, even though I have four more days of finals and five other courses to focus on.Animaker’s lack of transparency and exploitative pricing model are unacceptable, especially since many of their users are likely students who can’t afford these unexpected charges. Losing $40 on top of the hours of work I put in has left me in tears. I would never recommend this app to anyone. It’s been a horrible, stressful experience, and I’ll never use Animaker again.

No refund policy. This is a useless app. Do not pay for anything. It asks payment for each and every video.
A real Scam!!!

This product is so expensive and not offering alot of features not lipsync is available, the AI is not efficient generating horrible videos that does not align with the prompt ,plus it is not possible to change the plan to web-version for monthly subscription they require only annually sub to can proceed my request ! A real deception! I just wasted my money and time with this APP! I was not able to cancel the payment plan from my account but i did from my apple store , hope that i will not be charged for the next month !!!!!!!
