I ordered a parcel and they used redcloud, which uses parcel hub app to track.. The app showed delivery two hours before they said they delivered it.. no proof of delivery no photos. Never got my parcel.. company does not want to respond to messages with regards to where my parcel is.. do not recommend using this app. I’m just hoping I could eventually get my goods or my money back.. very dissatisfied customer!!
