I love their products and the data they provide. After losing a cat to CKD, I am anxiously on top of feeding and drinking habits for my other young cats. Unfortunately, I am finding that the some fountains aren’t accurately tracking water intake on the app, and now I cannot seem to add a new pet through the app. I’ve contacted support and they haven’t provided any solutions or insights on the issues - which is extremely frustrating for the price you are paying for these devices. Hope to see some resolution or else I’ve paid for products based on features that I cannot get.
Horrible onboarding update

As someone who builds apps, this is a very poor onboarding experience. On a usual login I’m forced to keep adding pets, so I had to hard close the app until I could just manage my devices. Also the tap target on the new ToS checkbox is very poorly designed.
New smart cameras won’t connect to app

Didn’t connect via Bluetooth so tried ‘manual connect’ option but got stuck at the reset device step because the both devices wouldn’t reset when I pressed the button. Also manual says can set up via Bluetooth or QR code but in app, looks like you can only set via Bluetooth?
Unreliable product

This feeder goes off-line when we lose power and then will not reconnect to the Wi-Fi when the power comes back on. Then there’s nowhere I can find in the app to try and check the Wi-Fi address and password. This app is sloppy at best and the product is unreliable would not recommend.
